Gear Up Week Monday, October 21st - 10/22 - College & Career Dress Up Day and during lunch Gear Up Trivia & Photo Booth. October 25th - Events include 10/25 - Door Decorating Contest, Teacher College & Career Bingo.
Gear Up Field Trip Juniors and Senior Gear Up students with Kassidey to CCV (First Step Forward) on Friday, October 25th. Permission slips and Photo Release Form are due back on Monday 10/21. Drop off with Ms. Hall.
University of New England A representative from UNE will be visiting Rivendell on Friday, October 25th during Block 4 for anyone interested. UNE is located in Biddeford, Maine. Ms. Hall will be on a field trip, so check with Mr. eckert that day.

Fall Open House White Mountains Community College on Friday, November 15,2024. Event will take place from 9 - Noon at the WMCC campus in Berlin, NH and is intended for high school seniors and juniors. Visit with faculty, staff, and current students to learn more about programs, services, requirements, internship, career options, early college and financial aid processes. Admissions 603-342-3005
PUMPKINS It's time for Fairlee's Halloween Pumpkin Glow! Pick up your FREE Pumpkin on Sat Oct 19th or Sun. Oct 20th @ the Fairlee Town Bandstand. Bring your favorite home to carve and return it to the bleachers by October 31. We will light them up on Halloween Night! Can't wait to see your creations!

Community Service Opportunities Orford Veterans Day Celebration Committee is looking for volunteers to assist with The Veterans Celebration through set-up, serving lunch, clean up on November 11th. Veterans very much enjoyed meeting and talking to students at past celebrations. If you are willing to share your time with a veteran please call Paula Graves 603-252-3740. Rivendell Food Pantry is open Wednesdays from 3 - 5 PM volunteers are needed and encouraged to stop by the office.
St. Paul's School Summer Advanced Studies Program A representative will be visiting Rivendell on Wednesday, November 13th during Block 4 in the WW Multi - Purpose room if you are interested in learning more. It is a 5 week intensive program where students live on the campus of St. Paul's School, diving deep into a rigorous program. This is open to NH and VT residents who are Juniors or Sophomores.
